Traveling the World- Part 1

Traveling the world is exploring the world- a dig into its ideas, culture and traditions. It is a hunt into its glory, taking delight in the different moods and angles of nature. It is a global intrusiveness. The long journeys often begin with a single step, when you decide that you want to freak out. The preparation time of world travel may be as long as 1 year, or if you are too impatient to fly, it could be 6 months, or even lesser! Well that depends on whether you plan a one-time trip around the world, or you want to set out on a steady and relaxed journey. Both ways you must decide the departure dates in advance. This would help you schedule your work, along with your budget.
Many travel freaks not only like sightseeing, seafaring or sailing on the boats. Apart from their distinct love for biking, cruising, driving, flying, globe trotting, rambling, sailing, trekking, voyaging, etc., they also love people. They travel the world in a search for those places, people, culture and traditions, which are hidden with the dust of time.
Many travelers aim of gaining enlightenment and insight into the veiled world. They undertake journeys for gaining spiritual experiences. Such journeys give them a sense of comfort and personal growth while allowing them to explore their inner selves, their belief, who they are, and what purpose do they serve. This type of deep "look-in" brings a new meaning to their lives.
Some people have no choice but to travel. Journalists, officials of travel ministries, businessmen, travel across the world, out of the sense of duty. They are always on the move and have enough travel experience. Many distinguished people have even made special contribution in travel books, carrying forward the legacy of Gulliver s Travels.
For some traveling means tasting food in various hotels, enjoy sightseeing from the bedside window, or take a Jacuzzi bath. But some think it nicer to step out and learn people s language, their music, experience their food, and make their trip the most memorable one.
